Helping you move from overwhelm to connection.

Parenting doesn’t have to feel like a constant battle. You can create a home grounded in calm, connection and understanding.

More calm. More connection. More confidence.

HI, I’M MEG

I'm an emotion coaching educator and certified Tuning Into Kids® facilitator helping parents move from overwhelm to connection.

I believe parents are the experts of their own children. My role is to walk alongside you with practical tools, evidence-based guidance and compassionate support.

Connection

Build stronger connections with your child.

Calm

Find more calm in the middle of chaos.

Confidence

Feel confident in your parenting choices.

MY APPROACH

THE C.A.R.E FRAMEWORK™

A calm, connection-led approach to helping children through big emotions.

Connection

The foundation of interactions with our child.

Acceptance

Embracing our child’s emotions without judgement.

Regulation

Modeling & teaching emotional balance by staying calm in the chaos.

Empowerment

Helping our child feel understood and capable of handling their emotions in a healthy way.

Meg's guidance has given me the tools I need to feel calmer, more present, and more connected to my kids. Meg is wonderful, her advice is so easy to put into practice, and I love that she's always just an email away with the support and encouragement I need. For anyone needing a little extra support in the day to day of parenting life, I can't recommend this enough!

Meg is so knowledgeable about parenting, and she truly gets it. Everything she teaches is practical and implementable. She really cares, and this is so evident in the way she teaches, with empathy and support. She's really helped us understand what's going on with our 8 & 9 year old kids so we can help them through their big emotions. I feel like I have an expert on my side whenever I need!
